In order to received regular updates and special discounts through our website, customer have to registered in jiahuoseafood.com and become a member in order to benefit from its service, you will need to register and complete the registration process. You shall provide jiahuoseafood.com with accurate and true information including name, delivery address, telephone and email address.

The Customer shall be responsible for updating his/her personal information so as to allow an accurate and timely processing of the order and delivery.

Pricing and Order Policy

The price of certain products may vary and is subject to change daily. jia huo seafood trading reserves the right to change price or products details without prior notice to Customer.

All products price will be charged according to the order confirmation form sent to customers.

For orders of value below RM 100, there will be a delivery charge of RM 5 for any delivery slots in selected zone . For orders of value RM 100 or more, you can opt for Free Delivery option. (Please refer to our delivery policy for more info)

Product pictures provided on jiahuoseafood.com are to help recognise products. Due to redesigning and improvement to the packaging of products, these pictures may not reflect exactly on the pack you receive.


Online purchases have to be paid in advance via online payment using Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card, direct bank in, online transfer. For direct bank in or online transfer, please snap a photo of your bank in slip or receipts and send it to sales@jiahuoseafood.com or whatsapp to 019-320 1866 for verification purposed.

Refund(s), if any, will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for the relevant order


All of the products sold on jiahuoseafood.com are subjected to availability. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.


jiahuoseafood.com reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address stated in order confirmation. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, 2nd attempt delivery will be made on the next day. Failure to receive the delivery on 2nd attempt, jiahuoseafood.com reserve the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrievable.

Return Policy

We accept returns due to any of the following reasons:

Missing Items, Wrong Order or Damage Goods.

If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at enquiry@jiahuoseafood.com or call us at 019-320 1866 immediately for further assistance. We will schedule a replacement order for you or full refund.
